Are you reviewing your taxation?
As the year draws closer to the end, have you reviewed your State and Federal tax to determine if you are paying enough for the year? Using the IRS Tax Withholding Estimator can help you avoid an unexpected tax bill or underpayment penalty. https://www.irs.gov/individuals/tax-withholding-estimator
Do you have an HSA and need to make changes?
Be sure you are thinking about your HSA and any changes you’d like to make to your contribution amount. The IRS limits renews effective January 1, 2026. HR will send more information in December.
Are you planning on using PTO at the beginning of January?
As a reminder, PTO balances do not renew/refresh until the final payroll of December 2025. PTO requests in the first week of January can be shared with your manager until the system will allow them.
When and how will I get my W2?
Paylocity generally publishes W2s in the first half of January each year. Your W2 can be accessed digitally in Paylocity (they are only mailed if you have opted for paper). You can view your paper option in the Paylocity Mobile App under My Profile > Paperless.

A big thank you to everyone who joined us at the St. Paul Saints game for our Minnesota Summer Bash! With a record-breaking 149 attendees, this year was our biggest celebration yet. We’re so grateful to all who came out to celebrate and help make the night a huge success!

Joseph "Joey" Peterson made his grand debut on August 27th, 2025, weighing in at 7 pounds, 13 ounces! 🎊
Already sporting his "Forklift Certified Since Day One" onesie, Bryan Peterson tried to get him to lift those tiny arms like a true operator, but let's just say the apprenticeship is off to a slow start. 💙

Life in Green and Yellow ⚙️
Sairah Davis | Parts Specialist | Brooklyn Park, MN
For this family, classic farm tractors aren’t just machines; they are a passion. From salvaging and repairing to showing them at Threshing Events all across the state, they live and breathe John Deere green and yellow (though all brands are appreciated😉).
What started as a hobby for Sairah's husband’s grandfather, tearing tractors down to bare bones and rebuilding them with his grandchildren, has become a multi-generational tradition. When he passed away, her husband took over the hobby and more than 15 tractors! Now Sairah and their daughter are fully involved as well.
The best part for Sairah is taking the tractors to Threshing shows and letting younger generations hear them run and see them drive. Driving them through parades is a highlight every time. One memorable detail is that their daughter often falls asleep to the loud thump, thump, thump of the running tractors, especially the obnoxiously loud ones - completely unaware that she is riding past hundreds of people in a parade!
