"I wanted to take a moment to compliment the driver of van 158 today, just before 3:00 PM. We were traveling to Iowa when our gas tank decided to lock up, and we were struggling to figure out how to get it open. The driver noticed us having trouble and could have easily kept going with his day, but instead he chose to stop and ask if we needed help. He even offered us a screwdriver, which ended up being exactly what we needed to safely get the gas tank open and back on the road. It may have been a small gesture to him, but it made a big difference to us. I just wanted to give a shout-out to a stand-up guy who took the time to help a couple of strangers when he didn’t have to. He’s representing your company incredibly well, and I hope he gets the recognition he deserves. Please pass along our thanks to him!"

Check in on your tax set-up!

Do you have an HSA and need to make changes?
Are you thinking about your HSA and any changes you’d like to make to your contribution amount? The IRS limits will increase effective January 1, 2027. Changes to your HSA can be made at any time by contacting HR.
Are you planning on using PTO at the beginning of January?
As a reminder, PTO balances do not renew/refresh until the final payroll of December 2026. PTO requests in the first week of January 2027 can be shared with your manager until the system will allow them.
When and how will I get my W2?
Paylocity publishes W2s in January each year. Your W2 can be accessed digitally in Paylocity (they are only mailed if you have opted for paper). You can view your paper option in the Paylocity Mobile App under My Profile > Paperless.
Important Reminder about Your Atlas Benefits
Benefits Open Enrollment occurs in May each year. This is the time you can make changes to your Atlas benefits for an effective date of June 1st.

At just 1 year old, he’s already got his favorites figured out: crisp apples, a good game of hide-and-seek, and plenty of time with his pal, Chan Vang. 🍎🐾
Meet Smoke!
Found on a two-lane highway at just 6 weeks old, Smoke has come a long way and is now living his best life with Karl Kwasigroch. His favorite pastimes include getting into the catnip and chasing his own tail.🐈⬛
From highway rescue to spoiled house cat, Smoke definitely landed on his feet!

This 6-year-old guy loves nothing more than a good swim, a Beggin’ Bite, and hanging out with his favorite human, Mario Gomez.
And in his little tuxedo? He’s clearly ready for any occasion. 🎩🐾
At 7 years old, Ozzy is happiest when he’s sleeping, eating pretty much anything put in front of him, and hanging out with his best buddy, Ken Kapela.
Named after the Prince of Darkness himself, Ozzy Osbourne, he may look intimidating, but underneath it all, he’s just a big baby. 🖤

This sweet girl recently turned 2 years old! She loves spending time with her favorite people, especially Anthony Nielsen. When she’s not soaking up family time, she’s fulfilling her duty as a full-time rabbit chaser, or dreaming about her favorite treat: steak. 🥩

From the office to the football field, Justin Christenson, Territory Manager for the Floor Cleaning and Aerial Lift Equipment division of Atlas Toyota in Brooklyn Park, MN, is tackling a whole different kind of challenge after hours! 🏈
Here's what Justin had to say about the football season so far:
“We had 30 seconds left in a tie game with the clock running. I am on the field during the game for the 2nd-grade team. Both teams were 2-0, so it was a big game between two undefeated teams. We had the ball and had one play left. I was running to get my boys onto the line of scrimmage and totally biffed it (in my defense, it rained all night)! HAHA! The parents have been having some fun with me about it. We actually scored a touchdown on the next play and won the game, so it was a fun moment to share with our family, friends, and our players. My son thought it was hilarious! The 2nd Grade Rangers are 3-0 now and loving the game of football!”
Justin and the team have had quite the season so far! Between coaching on the field and cheering on his son Jennings, he's making plenty of memories with the 2nd Grade Rangers. And at 3-0, they're off to a great start! 🏈
